PRICE REDUCED-Cardinal Ridge is a very sweet dark bay gelding. He is a 2007 model and is 16.2 hands. Cardinal Ridge has only raced 6 times and has a great pedigree. He is a very easy going guy and gets along with most people and other horses. Cardinal Ridge is sound but did fracture his sesamoid while racing at Churchill Downs at the end of April 2011. He has recovered and been on full turn out at the farm since 2011.  Cardinal Ridge would be best suited for an intermediate rider as he has a strong work ethic and enjoys having a job to focus on.  Cardinal Ridge likes attention, has no vices and good ground manners. He is sound for low impact sports and has had some dressage training over the summer (2012). His owners kids have also been trail riding him around the farm and he has been the perfect gentlemen and has had no soundness issues at all.  We think he would make for a great dressage, endurance or pleasure horse and would be a great addition to any farm.  Cardinal Ridge is located in Taylorsville KY and looking for that perfect forever home.

Update 11-1-12-Cardinal Ridge has fully recovered from his injury! Check out the new pics and video! This handsome guy would make for a fantastic dressage prospect since he has had some additional training since being turned out at the farm. He would be a sure hit in the show ring with his good looks, athleticism and pleasant disposition!
