Established in 1995 to promote Humane treatment of animals and to prevent cruelty to animals, Mr. Scott's wishes are being carried out thru a grant to CANTER Michigan to assist with medical care for Thoroughbreds off racetracks, while educating students and the public about the abilities of thoroughbreds to adapt and retrain for new careers, resulting in new homes.
