Approval Form

We thank you for taking an interest in our program and for taking the time to provide the information necessary for approval. We strive to make you happy with your CANTER horse and we hope for a permanent home for our horse also. Once approved, you will be notified by email or telephone. Your approval will be valid indefinitely for any horse CANTER owns that meets your intended use. You must update your approval and notify us if your contact information or location where a horse will be kept ever changes (email address, street address and/or telephone numbers) from the information we have on file. Generally, approvals are reciprocal within CANTER affiliate programs depending on any geographic limitations. Please notify us if you have already been approved and by which affiliate program.

Please tell us some information about your experience and the facility where the horse will be stabled. Prospective purchasers will need to complete ALL questions.

Once completed you can fax or mail this form:

Fax to: Gail Hirt at 810-384-8410
