Going Home!

He is the best boy in the whole wide world!!!! Pee-Wee arrived Friday around 12:30 in the afternoon. He came off the van like the star that he is. He settled right into his 12 X 12 stall munched on hay, drank and took care of business.



Saturday was rainy and windy so he had a very quick look outside. Yesterday I lunged him. He was a perfect gentleman! He cantered around a bit very controlled then broke into a trot. What a mover! He was such a good, good boy!



The blacksmith is coming this week and his vet will come and just give him a quick look over on Friday afternoon. I love him! Everyone at the barn just looooooves him. He was so good when I tried on his new halter, bridle and saddle. He is so handsome! I just love him! Here are a few photos of just the beginning of Pee-Wee's big adventure! Pee-Wee's Big Turnout Adventure



Pee-Wee is the greatest horse on the face of the earth! His vet loves him and wanted to know everything about him and said his trainer loved him since he was so well taken care of! His new farrier absolutely adores him and wanted to know all about his pedigree and said he was the best horse he has ever shod off the track! Pee-Wee is quite the celebrity! Pee-Wee is such a ham! If I leave him in his stall with his brushing and bell boots on and I turn my back for a minute, he will have one of the brushing boots swinging from his mouth as if he's saying look Ma no hands! These are brushing boots with Velcro going two different ways! I swear he can get them off quicker each time!

Pee-Wee's New Friend
