PA-T483-10 Tiffany's Bid, gray gelding, 15.2+ hands, 19 years old. Here's a campaigner who had a LONG career and is now in need of a new home. This guy raced until he was 13; he's spent the last few years just hanging out on the farm. Owner says this guy has tons of energy - and, quite obviously, a LOT of longevity! Sounds like a great endurance prospect here. Owner also says he is very agile and handy and thinks this guy would make a great barrel horse as well. He had some type of rear ankle injury as a two year old and the ankle does have screws in it, but we're told the horse has never taken a bad step on it and is completely sound. $1,000 Nego. Yes, this is THE Mr. Explosive that has stood at stud on several area PA breeding farms. He's got great conformation and would probably make some very nice hunter prospect babies as well. He is well mannered to handle and also pasture breeds. He's living the life of leisure and it shows - he's gained quite a bit of weight since leaving the track. He is getting riding work in the ring and on the trails and is wonderful with it. Trailers great, too! No vices with this guy either. Mowdow is one gorgeous animal who stands a good 16.1 hands. He is such a lover and will make a wonderful showhorse or trail mount as he is very kind. He does have a chip in his knee but is sound on it. He is sound and has been running well. X-rays are available for review by serious buyers. This guy is a real looker and a very nice mover. He has enough class to be successful in anything! $2,499. Here's your next field hunter or eventer - this boy steeplechased at one point in his career, so he sure knows what fences are for! That will give you a head start in his retraining. He also has a great look and way of going that would be very suitable for the hunter ring as well. Very mild, old bow (hard to see in his pics) on the left front from a few years ago. What an amazing mover!! This mare will stop people in their tracks with her trot. She naturally drops her head, stretches her back and points her toes. Wow! She has a blemish on her hock that she was born with, but has not caused any soundness issues. She has a very sweet expression and is very easy to handle. She stood for pics before going to the track, then came back from her gallop to stand for more pics! She was just as relaxed before heading to the track as she was after. She is at the end of her career in racing and is ready to start a new life in the show ring. She has a very small spot at the top corner of her left eye from an old injury from almost 3 years ago. Although he's not real tall, he's got plenty of substance and a nice sized body and will take a good sized rider - he looks much bigger than he measures. He has a small old knee but hasn't had any problems with it in the two years he's been with current trainer/owner. He is also a very nice mover, will make a really nice child's show horse. $750. He has not raced all summer only because the owner knew it was time to sell, but wasn’t quite ready to let go. This guy is very polite, kind and easy to handle. Not a mean bone in his body. He has great looking legs and has had a well managed career with only about 30 starts his entire career! He has a very deep girth and lots of substance to him. She is very agile and athletic - and a really cute mover as well. She has an old osselet on the outside right front ankle, but it is set and doesn't bother her in the least. She is completely sound. Trainer says she's not going to be much of a challenge to retrain! She has a really sweet expression and a very calm demeanor; she's very easy to gallop and has great manners under saddle. He has been gate schooled over and over, but he just won't come out fast. Therefore, he's not allowed to race! He obviously needs another job! They hate to part with him, but the farm is full now and there will be more horses coming off the track soon that need stall space. He has had some riding and schooling and has been over some jumps. She trained on the farm and only has five starts; she just doesn't want to be a race horse. She has no vices and will be a geat candidate for any discipline. She's current on Coggins and vaccinations; she was vetted and scoped in July 2007 and is sound, healthy and has no breathing problems. She's a nice mover with a long low stride.
