Latest Flame "Girlfriend" wants to be your next partner. This solid, well-built mare is both talented and friendly, with tons of potential for an experienced person who likes a horse with go. Girlfriend competed successfully in barrel racing in the 2023 Thoroughbred Makeover, finishing 7th out of 17 Racehorse Division: Barrel Racing

On the ground - Girlfriend is easygoing and well-mannered to handle.  She stands for all activities: grooming, tacking, and vet and farrier. She is easy to halter and lead and wants to be with you.

In the pasture/stable - Girlfriend currently goes out in a herd of 2 other mares. She is used to being stalled as well and has no stable vices. She is easy to catch in the field and will come up to you.

Under saddle - Girlfriend has been trained primarily Western and competed in barrels. She would need a light refresher as she hasn't been in a regular program recently. She could go English as well with the proper training.

Background and physical capability - Girlfriend retired from racing as non-competitive and was unraced. With no known limitations, she has potential for any discipline, especially for a rider who likes a horse with a quick turn of foot and speed.

Care - Girlfriend has had the best of care with her present owner and requires no special diet. She is currently barefoot but may require shoeing depending on her future career.
