Your donation helps injured thoroughbreds receive necessary and often life-saving surgery to remove bone chips or repair leg fractures at Michigan State University.
The CANTER/MSU program has helped veterinary students achieve an advanced education by assisting with all aspects of surgery: surgery preparation, anesthesia, arthroscopic surgery and post surgery care.
The educational component of the CANTER/MSU program has been an invaluable program for future equine veterinarians, while allowing horses to thrive in new careers. To date, over 1,600 horses have benefited from surgeries.
